The Finding Time Difference
We are devoted to helping very busy people align their values with their daily habits around time. A unique value-driven approach Many experts provide time management skills without helping people understand their underlying values, messages they work from, and behaviors they use. By developing your Personal T.I.M.E. Paradigm™, you can identify your time conflicts and energy drains and create life-balancing choices at any stage of your life. For years, we have coached very busy people in finding the time required to negotiate the complexities of personal and professional growth, and to develop time resiliency. About Paula Eder: Paula received her M.A. from the University of Michigan in 1966 and her Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1971. Drawn to the natural beauty of New Hampshire and the fierce independence of its residents, Paula subsequently traveled across the country to take a faculty position at a small liberal arts college, where she remained for seven years. Since 1976, Paula has maintained a thriving private practice working with individuals, groups, and facilitating annual retreats. Paula also has been a member of the MentorCoach, LLC, ICF-accredited Coach University community since 2002. Paula presents at state and national conferences, and is a certified graduate of the Vanguard class of the Authentic Happiness Coaching Program, conducted by Martin E. P. Seligman, Ph.D., and Ben Dean, Ph.D. Paula has worked as a Telephonic Distance Learning Specialist and Director of Organizational Learning and Change at a local college. She also teaches graduate students through virtual teleclasses to develop time processes for successfully completing research projects. Paula’s passion is developing customized practical guides to help individuals find time for projects, goals, and personal and career success. As an executive coach, she facilitates the alignment of values with choices and behaviors around time to help organizations function most effectively. Known for her integrity, compassion, ability to solve problems, and her fervor for teaching and learning, Paula is fascinated with time and its ability to hold the most profound moments and the most mundane moments simultaneously. Living on a working farm for over thirty years, she is fundamentally connected to time through the vitality and resiliency of the seasons. Paula shares her life with her husband, two cats, and two dogs, and loves to spend time walking, gardening and reading.
